3. More concentrated precipitation decreases terrestrial water storage — Article, OA

4. Obesity rise plateaus in developed nations and accelerates in developing nations — global epidemiology, OA

DRUP 是本期最有臨床決策價值的 oncology paper。它不是 RCT，而是 prospectively evaluates advanced solid tumours 中 genomics-guided off-label targeted therapy 的實際效益與安全性。研究納入 1,610 名開始接受 37 種 off-label drugs 的病人，其中 1,363 名可評估反應，533 名為 rare cancers。clinical benefit rate 為 34.9%（95% CI, 32.2–37.6），objective response rate 為 15.7%（95% CI, 13.7–17.9），median progression-free survival 為 3.4 個月，median overall survival 為 8.2 個月；grade ≥3 treatment-related adverse events 為 28.4%。結論很節制：整體活性 modest，但特定 molecular subgroups 與 exceptional responders 有意義。臨床訊息是 off-label precision medicine 不應零散使用，應放入能系統性蒐集 efficacy/toxicity、支援 biomarker refinement 與 reimbursement decisions 的框架。
6. Natural maternal immunity protects neonates from Escherichia coli sepsis — translational immunology, OA
這篇把 neonatal E. coli sepsis 的問題反轉：既然新生兒很早就被 E. coli colonized、免疫防禦又未成熟，為什麼感染沒有更常見？作者提出關鍵在 vertically transferred natural antibodies。新生兒 E. coli sepsis 個案的 dried blood spot 中，對 pooled clinical isolates 與 OmpA 的 IgG titres 及 IgG-dependent antibacterial opsonization 較健康對照低；preclinical study 則顯示 preconceptual intestinal colonization with probiotic E. coli Nissle 1917 可誘發 broad cross-reactive maternal IgG，透過 complement 與 IgG Fc receptors 保護 neonatal mice。臨床上這不是立即改變照護的介入研究，但它提供明確 translational path：找出可預測 sepsis susceptibility 的 maternal/neonatal antibody markers，並探索孕前或孕期 microbiota-based immunization strategy。
7. Multiplexed magnetic resonance imaging — imaging method

8. Two-qubit logic and teleportation with mobile spin qubits in silicon — quantum device, OA
