6. Two decades of PARP inhibitor synthetic lethality in cancer — perspective
這篇 Perspective 是癌症轉譯醫學的長線回顧。二十年前兩篇 Nature 論文描述 PARP inhibitors 對 BRCA1/BRCA2 缺陷細胞的 synthetic lethality，後續改變 breast、ovarian、prostate、pancreatic cancer 的治療路徑，也把 germline BRCA1/2 testing 從風險評估推進到 companion diagnostic biomarker。它的重要性不只在一類藥物，而在一個治療邏輯：利用腫瘤細胞的功能冗餘與 DNA repair vulnerability 來建立選擇性殺傷。今日挑戰則是 resistance、biomarker 擴張、combination therapy 與毒性管理；對臨床醫師而言，這篇適合用來重新梳理「基礎生物學—試驗設計—基因檢測—治療選擇」的完整鏈條。
7. Synthetic super-enhancers enable precision viral immunotherapy — article，OA
